                                      JOINT STATEMENT OF THE CASE
 1   TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR ATTORNEYS OF RECORD:
 2           Plaintiff BARBARA WILLIAMS (“Plaintiff’) and Defendants TROY WILSON and
 3   MARICLARE MALDONADO (collectively, “Defendants”) hereby submit the following joint
 4   statement of the case:
 5          This case arises out of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on March 13, 2018, in San
 6   Bernardino County between Plaintiff Barbara Williams and Defendant Troy Wilson. Defendant
 7   Mariclare Maldonado owned the vehicle Defendant Troy Wilson was driving at the time of the
 8   accident.
 9           Plaintiff alleges that Defendant Troy Wilson is at fault for the accident and that Defendant

10   Mariclare Maldonado negligently entrusted her vehicle to Defendant Troy Wilson. Defendants

11   allege that Plaintiff is at fault for the accident. Plaintiff alleges that she sustained damages in the

12   accident. Defendants dispute the nature and extent of Plaintiffs injuries.
