RULE 11 AGREEMENT
Dear Ms. Imobioh:
Please allow this letter to serve as the petitioner, Babafemi Rominiyi’s, and
the respondent, Kehinde Comfort Adejuwon’s, Rule 11 Agreement regarding this
pending divorce case:
(1). The petitioner and the respondent have agreed to mediate this case before
either Judges Armatys, Perwin, Millard or Aguirre or the Fort Bend County Dispute
Resolution Center, if necessary, as soon as practicable in December 2023 or early
January 2924.
(2). Petitioner will pass the hearing currently set for December 8, 2023 relating
to compelling or waiving mediation.
