Midland was advised years ago that the debts that had in their posession were part
of a stolen identity case the others were recinded per the Federal Trade Commission.
However this one was not. Also it appears the debt is over 7 years old if I am
seeing it correctly. I do not have a contract with Midland. I had a heart attack on
July 31, 2623 and have been unable to work since that time. I have an ejection
fraction of 32% in my heart and it's doubtful that I will ever be able to return to
work, I wear a life vest per my cardiologist and very limited on activity.
