2. The Plaintiff obtained a judgment against the Defendant in Case Number 18M87983 in the MAGISTRATE COURT OF
DEKALB COUNTY. GEORGIA and no agreement requires forbearance from the garnishment which is applied for
currently.
3. $1 655.21 is the balance due, which consists of the sum of $1 095.79 Principal, $460.92 Postjudgment interest, and $98.50
