PROMISSORY NOTE

FOR VALUE RECEIVED **, 1, ANGEONA NORTON, (Promisor) hereby confess judgment and promise to pay
to the order of WAYNE M NORTON, (Promisee), residing at 105 Yager Drive, Liverpool, New York, 13088, the sum of
Fifty Thousand and no/100 ($50,000.00) Dollars. Promisor will pay the debt as follows:
Upon Demand, the Promisor shall pay to the Promisee the sum of Fifty Thousand and no/100 ($50,000.00)
Dollars, with no interest.
The privilege is reserved to the Promisor to prepay all of said indebtedness without penalty.
In the event that Promisor shall fail to make payment within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Demand for Payment,
then the Promissory Note shall be deemed in default, and the Promisor shall be responsible for all expenses, including but
not limited to, reasonable attorney's fees when Promisee is forced to commence an action for recovery of said premises.
