Dear Judge Gilbert:
We represent Plaintiff Wayne Norton in the above-referenced matter. My apologies to the
Court for missing the Preliminary Conference this afternoon, it was not intentional. I did not
realize until after the fact that the email containing the link for the Microsoft Teams conference
went into my junk mail. I had attempted to contact Chambers via telephone, but was not able to
reach anyone.
I did speak at length with Attorney Fabiano today regarding the discovery schedule and
we are working to complete and execute the Preliminary Conference Stipulation and Order.
Attorney Fabiano and I have also conversed regarding possible ways to resolve the matter and
that is ongoing at this time.
We thank the Court for its time and courtesies herein.
