(“DL Kaplan”), pursuant to Californ ia Code ofCivil Procedure Section 2023.050(a). It is crucially important that Dr. Kaplan have the opportunity to determine the exte nt 0f Plaintiffs current injuries. If this motion is granted, the IME can take place 0n February 10, 2023, more than thirty days from trial.
