IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, that the stipulation of incarceration entered
into by the parties on September 2, 2020 allows for the defendants to answer only after the plaintiff
complies with the terms of the stipulation. Once plaintiff complies with the terms of the stipulation of
incarceration, the defendants will answer plaintiff’s summons and complaint as directed by the September
2, 2020 stipulation of incarceration.
