The hospital record was over 1000 pages. I selected to e-filed the exhibit unredacted per 22 NYCRR Section 202.5(e). I have the following questions: 1) Who can view that unredacted exhibit? 2) Can the court and any attorney consented to the case view the unredacted exhibit? Is there en other 3) any other way to e-file a hospital record which contains personal informat than physica!!y redacting it or seeking the remedy under 22 NYCRR Section 202.5(e)?
