       Renan da Rocha Gomes Bastos and BBRC Real Estate, LLC’s (collectively, “Defendants”), Joint

       Motion for Extended Briefing Schedule (the “Motion”). The Court, having reviewed the Motion,

       noting that Plaintiffs and Defendants request the relief jointly, and being otherwise fully advised in

       the premises, it is hereby:


                ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:


             1. The Motion is GRANTED.

             2. Plaintiffs shall file their Response in Opposition to Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Amended

               Complaint on or before December 14, 2023.
