a mortgage bearing date September 5, 2007 executed by STEPHANIE V. JOHNSON AND BARBARA
J. JOHNSON to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR
FIRST ALTERNATIVE MORTGAGE CORP, A NEW YORK CORPORATION to secure the sum of
