This memorandum is to inform you the Owner of the above mentioned property, that Cityscape
Builders will be performing work near your property and will need to install required Protection
equipment/ scaffolding and/or building material, tools, other equipment and need access to
your property, and as required by the NYC DOB code.
Upon execution of the expressed written permission and signatures, Cityscape Builders, inc.,
will immediately coordinate with the residents/homeowners the start date for the work to be
performed. It is necessary that the agreements be executed in the shortest possible time so
that the work could commence and continue without interruption.
Cityscape Builders agrees to repair and redo any damages to your property throughout the
above said work. After completion of the work, Cityscape Builders will be responsible for all

labor and material, with no cost to the owners/resident of 1670 St. Brooklyn NY.
Cityscape Builders understands and agrees to compensate the basement tenant resident
Caroline Rutlan $3482.oo for damages inc be oom furniture and flooring, Conwill
