YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to serve this Summons and a copy of the
Complaint in the above styled cause upon the Defendant, EAST GATE PRODUCTIONS, LLC,
c/o Jayson Fuhlbruck, Registered Agent, 1503 Belgrade Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32803.
Each Defendant is hereby required to serve written defenses to said Complaint or Petition
on Benjamin C. Iseman, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is Swann Hadley Stump Dietrich
& Spears, P.A., 1031 W Morse Boulevard, Suite 350, Winter Park, Florida 32789, within
twenty (20) days after service of this summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service, and to
file the original of said written defenses with the Clerk of this Court, 425 N. Orange Avenue,
Orlando, Florida 32801, either before service on plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter. If
a Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded
