The Defendant, First Class Electrical Contractors, LLC (“Defendant”), having defaulted in
appearance, and Plaintiff, 296 North Main Street Holdings, LLC (“Plaintiff”), having moved for
an Order granting a default judgment pursuant to CPLR 3215, and the Court having granted that
motion in an Order dated March 9, 2022, and the inquest having come on to be heard before the
Honorable Sherri Eisenpress on the 16" day of May, 2022, and the issues having been duly tried
on that date, and the Plaintiff 296 North Main Street Holdings, LLC (“Plaintiff”), having duly
appeared by Robert M. Sullivan of Sullivan & Klein, LLP, attorneys for Plaintiff, and the Court
after due deliberation having made its order from the bench on the 16" day of May, 2022, in favor
of the Plaintiff, awarding the Plaintiff the sum of $20,184.95 for breach of contract, together with
attorney’s fees in the amount of $5,644.97.
NOW, upon the motion of Sullivan & Klein, LLP, attorneys for the Plaintiff, it is
ADJUDGED, that the Plaintiff 296 North Main Street Holdings, LLC, with offices located
at 296 North Main Street, Spring Valley, New York 10977, do recover of the Defendant, First
Class Electrical Contractors, LLC, with offices located at 17 Birch Street, P.O. Box 495,
Mountaindale, New York 12763, the sum of $20,184.95, together with attorney’s fees in the
amount of $5,644.97, plus interest thereon from March 9, 2022 in the amount of $438.84, together
