Dear Judge Acker:
This office rcpresents the Plaintiff, 323 Wall Strcet Owncrs LLC, in thc abovc rcfcrenced
action. Please be advised that I have joined the law firm of Whiteman, Osterman & Hanna LLP
("WOH") effective November 1 ,2023, and we are in the process of transitioning clients to the new
firm. The Plaintiff, however, has advised that they will not be transitioning this file to WOH, and
would like to replace Lewis & Grcer, PC as counsel ofrecord. I understand that another attorney
has agreed to take this case, but requires a 90-day adjournment of the trial currently scheduled to
commence on December 20, 2023, due to other commitments (although I rcnrain cautiously
optimistic that the case will settle prior to trial).
We respectfully request the Court to adjoum the trial for90 days. If the request is granted,
then we also request the Cout to adjourn the pre-trial conference scheduled for November 296
pending the filing ofthe consent to change attomey.
