ON THIS DAY came to be considered the Agreed Motion for Dismissal with Prejudice
filed jointly by Plaintiff, Todd Offen, (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant, Progressive County Mutual
Insurance Company (“Defendant”), by and through their attorneys of record. The Court having
reviewed the pleadings in this matter and being advised that the Plaintiff and Defendant have
reached a resolution of their dispute, finds that the Motion should be in all things GRANTED.
It is, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that all claims brought (or
which could have been brought) by Plaintiff against Defendant, Progressive County Mutual
Insurance Company, in their entirety, are hereby dismissed with prejudice to the refiling of the
same.
It is fiIrther ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that costs of Court should be
taxed against the party incurring same; and
