AT WATERBURY O'BRIEN INSURANCE AGENCY, LLC 11/20/2023 ORDER ORDER REGARDING: 11/07/2023 125.00 OBJECTION TO REQUEST The foregoing, having been considered by the Court, is hereby: ORDER: This objection shall be heard by the court via remote hearing on a date and time to be assigned. A separate notice with the time and date for the hearing, together with instructions on how to access the hearing, will be sent by the court. Prior to the scheduled hearing, counsel are ordered to confer via telephone or remote video conference for not less than one hour in a good faith attempt to resolve the discovery disputes that have been presented to the court by this motion. If all discovery disputes cannot be resolved between the parties, counsel must file with the court an affidavit signed by all counsel identifying the time and date of the conference ordered herein, the participants in the conference, the disputes the parties were able to resolve (with reference to each specific objection resolved and a brief summary of the resolution), and specific objections that remain outstanding. The affidavit shall be filed with the court at least one day prior to the hearing date. If counsel are able to resolve the issues underlying the foregoing objection prior to the remote hearing date, either may file a Caseflow request asking that the matter(s) go OFF and that counsels’ participation in the remote hearing be excused.
