Murray, on oath depose and state as follows 1 Tam a former owner of 276 New Taunton Avenue, Norton, Massachusetts. Iresided there with my wife Ericka L. Murray, from May of 1998 until February 2004 when we sold the property. Throughout our ownership, there was a chain link fence that separated the area maintained by the owner of 276 New Taunton Avenue from the area maintained by the owner of 280 New Taunton Avenue. The chain link fence runs between the two properties, extending back from New Taunton Avenue. During our entire ownership of 276 New Taunton A venue, we always maintained the area north of the chain link fence. We cut the grass, did all necessary yard work, and exclusively maintained said area as part of our property. The owners of 280 New Taunton Avenue did not do anything in said area and we exclusively maintained it as our own property. We had no agreements or other communications with the owners of 280 New Taunton Avenue concerning the area north of the chain link fence.
