and Superior Courts. The Shefifl of Allen County, Indiana is now directed to enter and remove the Defendants or any
other persons found occupying the premises, to allow the Plaintiff to remove any and all personal property from the
premises and to place the Plaintifi in possession of the aforementioned real estate. The Sherifi' may take any action
necessary to seize the property, including utilizing the services of a locksmith and incarcerating any individuals willfully
preventing such seizure.
