Comes now Mary Ann Long, and having filed a Verified Petition for Appointment of
Personal Representative in the Estate of James A. Long, II, Deceased, and for unsupervised
administration of said decedent's estate, which petition is in the words and figures following, to-
wit:

And the Court having examined said petition and being duly advised in the premises, now
finds that the statements therein are true, whereby Mary Ann Long is hereby appointed Personal
Representative of the Estate of James A. Long, II, and is hereby authorized to proceed under the
statutory provisions of the Indiana Code governing unsupervised administration upon the filing of
an oath with the Clerk. The Clerk is directed to issue Personal Representative's Letters to Mary
Ann Long upon the filing of an oath.
