Plaintiff was discriminated against due to her disability, already agreed upon accommodations unilaterally
removed, no interactive process or reasonable accommodations. Plaintiff was constructively discharged when
her physician recommended that she not return to work due to the unwillingness of Defendants to comply with the
FEHA. Damages $750,000 of which approx $350k is lost wages/retirement and $400k is pain and suffering.
