                         It is hereby ORDERED that the within case is referred to the Court Mediator. The

                  parties shall contact the Mediation Department at (330) 643-8004 within 7 days from the date

                  of this Order to schedule a mutually agreeable mediation date.

                         All counsel and parties are ordered to cooperate with the Mediation program. Failure to

                  do so may result in sanctions (See Loc. R. 22).

                         Counsel of record, parties, and insurance representatives, shall be present during all

                  mediation conferences unless excused by the Court for good cause. Insurance representatives

                  or other persons needed to resolve the case shall be present with full settlement authority.

                         All written or verbal communications of any kind made during the mediation process

                  shall be regarded as confidential pursuant to Loc. R. 22 and shall not be admissible or used for

                  any purpose, including impeachment, at any trial or hearing of this cause.

                         IT IS SO ORDERED.
