                          This cause came on to be heard upon Defendant Perfect Auto, LLC d/b/a Perfect Auto

                  Collection’s Motion for Leave for an Additional 21 Days, up through and including January 17,

                  2023, within which to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint (Motion). Plaintiff filed

                  an opposition and Defendant filed a reply.

                          The Court finds Defendant’s Motion was timely filed on December 27, 2022 due to the

                  Court’s observance of a holiday on December 26, 2022. Motions before the Court do not require the

                  consent of the opposing party. Motions are proper where there is no agreement between the parties

                  for the requested relief.

                          For good cause shown, Defendant’s Motion is hereby GRANTED. Defendant’s Answer

                  shall be filed or before January 17, 2023.

                          NO FURTHER EXTENSIONS OF TIME WILL BE GRANTED.

                          IT IS SO ORDERED.
