As this Court’s docket will show, on August 12, 2021, this Court issued its Decision and
Judgment Entry Denying the Parties’ Cross Motions For Summary Judgment, which motions had
been pending for a considerable amount of time. Given the fact that the Motions for Summary
Judgment did not end up being dispositive of this case, a new trial date and ancillary deadlines are
required.
