2 I, Stacy M. Tucker, declare as follows:
3 1. I am an attorney duly admitted to practice before all of the Courts of the State of
4 California. I am the founding partner of the law firm Monahan Tucker Law, P.C., which
5 has been retained to represent plaintiff Gary Koop in this matter. I am the attorney with
6 principal responsibility for handling this litigation. Except as stated herein on
7 information and belief, I have personal knowledge of the facts set forth herein and, if
8 called upon as a witness to testify, I would and could testify competently under oath as
9 to all such facts.
10 2. Plaintiff hereby challenges the Honorable Christopher Honigsberg pursuant to Code of
11 Civil Procedure 170.6(2). I am informed and believe that the Honorable Christopher
