T0 ALL PARTIES AND THEIR ATTORNEYS OF RECORD:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 28, 2022 at 8:30 a.m., or as soon after that date as the
matter can be heard, in Department 523 0f the above-entitled court, located at 247 West Third Street,
10 San Bernardino, CA 92415-0210, Plaintiffs, ANTHONY L. PEREZ, SANDRA L. PEREZ, and the
11 ESTATE OF JORDAN LEE PEREZ, will move the court to compel further responses to request for
12 production of documents numbers 1-13 and 16-18, inclusive of his first set of request for production
13 0f documents served on Defendant LOMA LINDA UNIVERSITY HEALTH, and will further move
14 this court for an order requiring Defendant and/or their attorney MELISSA FISCHER t0 pay a
15 monetary sanction t0 Plaintiff in the amount of $3,150.
16 The motion will be made on the grounds that: Defendant’s purported answers to propounding
