 Plaintiff,

 v.

 Plumbers, Inc.,
 Defendant.


         The above-entitled matter came on for a scheduling conference on September 29,

2020 at 8:45 a.m. Plaintiff is represented by Attorney Erik Ahlgren. Defendant is represented

by Attorney Adam Chandler. Based on the Joint Discovery Plan, the Court makes the

following:


                                           ORDER

      1. PRE-DISCOVERY DISCLOSURES. All pre-discovery disclosures shall be completed

         on or before October 15, 2020.

      2. AMEND ANY COMPLAINT OR COUNTERCLAIM. The parties shall amend complaint

         or counterclaim on or before November 30, 2020.

      3. JOINDER OF ADDITIONAL PARTIES. The parties shall join additional parties on or

         before November 30, 2020.

      4. INITIAL EXPERT WITNESS DISCLOSURES. All initial expert witness disclosures

         shall be completed on or before December 15, 2020.

5. REBUTTAL EXPERT WITNESS DISCLOSURES.                   All rebuttal expert witness

   disclosures shall be completed on or before January 15, 2021.

6. DISOCVERY. All discovery shall be completed on or before April 15, 2021.

7. MOTIONS. All non-dispositive motions shall be filed on or before May 15, 2021. All

   dispositive motions shall be filed on or before May 15, 2021. This does not include

   motions in limine. The parties shall obtain date and time for the hearing at the Grant

   County Courthouse, Elbow Lake, Minnesota.

8. MEDIATION/ADR. The parties shall attempt to resolve the present matter through

   mediation. Mediation shall be completed by August 2, 2021.

9. PRETRIAL CONFERENCE. A Pre-trial conference shall be held on August 2, 2021 at

   9:30 a.m. at the Grant County Courthouse, Elbow Lake, Minnesota. Both parties

   shall attend in person, or by telephone if approved by the Court ahead of time.

10. WITNESS/EXHIBIT LISTS. Witness and exhibit lists must be submitted to the Court

   and opposing counsel on or before July 26, 2021. All exhibits shall be pre-marked

   prior to trial. The parties shall meet and discuss which exhibits they can stipulate to

   the admission of and identify the same. A transcript must be prepared of any audio

   recordings to be submitted. The transcript shall be provided to opposing counsel

   prior to trial and reviewed by opposing counsel prior to commencement of trial.

11. MOTIONS IN LIMINE. Any motions in limine must be filed on or before August 2,

   2021. Motions shall fully comply with the Minnesota General Rules of Practice.

12. JOINT STATEMENT OF THE CASE. The joint statement of the case shall be filed on

   or before June 15, 2021.

13. VERDICT FORM AND JURY INSTRUCTIONS. The verdict form and proposed jury

   instructions shall be filed on or before July 26, 2021.

14. TRIAL. A Three Day Jury Trial is set for August 25, 2021, commencing at 8:30 a.m.

   at the Grant County Courthouse, Elbow Lake, Minnesota. If any party desires to

   use audio/visual/computer equipment during trial, they shall be responsible for

   providing the equipment and ensuring its operation prior to the start of trial.
