This matter is before the Court upon the Stipulation and Joint Motion to Stay pending
District of Minnesota’s Resolution of Motions for Summary Judgment in Related Federal Actions.
Based upon the foregoing, together with all the files, records, and proceedings herein,
IT IS ORDERED that this action and all deadlines are stayed pending the United States
District Court for the District of Minnesota’s resolution of pending motions for summary judgment
in related federal actions.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, within seven days after the District of Minnesota issues
its order(s) on the pending motions for summary judgment in the related federal actions, the parties
shall advise this Court of the federal court decision, and submit a proposed amended pretrial
scheduling order in this action.
