                        RESPOND TO PLAINTIFFS’ COMPLAINT

              THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Unopposed Motion by Defendants

       FxWinning Ltd., David Merino and Rafael Brito Cutié for Enlargement of Time to Respond to

       Plaintiffs’ Complaint (the “Motion”) [D.E. 93], and the Court having reviewed the Motion, and

       being otherwise advised in the premises, it is hereby,


                ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:


             1. The Motion is hereby GRANTED.

             2. Defendants FxWinning, David Merino and Rafael Brito Cutie’s current deadline of October

               25, 2023, is no longer in effect so that said Defendants may respond to the amended

               complaint once it has been filed.

             3. Defendants FxWinning, Ltd.; David Merino; and Rafael Brito Cutie shall have 20 days from

               the service date of the amended complaint to file a response.
