We represent Mr. Ruff in connection with the above referenced matter currently
scheduled for May 17, 2016. This letter is to confirm that we are requesting a
continuance for the above-referenced matter. We will waive our right to a hearing within
60 days pursuant to Fedziuk v. Commissioner of Public Safety, 696 N.W.2d 340 (Minn.
2005). We have also been in contact with Nancy Stephenson in the Attorney General’s
Office and she has no objections with this continuance request. We are requesting July
12, 2016 for our continued date. If this date is unavailable, please contact our office
to reschedule so as to avoid conflicts.
This continuance was requested because Mr. Ruff is unavailable on May 17 and
