I hereby acknowledge that I have received the complete distributive share to which
I am entitled from Stacey J.,Pratt. Personal Representative of the Estate of Janice G. Pratt.
I hereby certify that I have made no assignment of any portion of this inheritance, and that
I am entitled to receive the same in full.
In consideration of the receipt of a 50% share of the interest in real property
located in Hubbard County, Minnesota, I do hereby release and discharge said Stacey
J. Pratt as Personal Representative of the Estate of Janice G. Pratt from any claims and
demands whatsoever that I now have, or in the future may have, by reason of any matter
connected with or growing out of the Estate of said decedent or the administration thereof,
and I do hereby agree to indemnify said Stacey J. Pratt as Personal Representative and hold
her harmless from all liability or responsibility for any claims, costs, and expenses of every
kind, including claims for taxes and expenses that may be asserted against said Personal
Representative by reason of the delivery of the above property to me. This Receipt, Release
and Indemnity shall be binding not only upon me, but also upon my heirs, beneficiaries,
representatives, trustee, transferees, and assigns.
In the event that Ishall have been overpaid on account of my said distributive share,
I hereby agree to refund the amount of such overpayment on demand by the Personal
Representative of the Estate of said decedent.
