Dear Judge Masler:
The above referenced matter is scheduled for oral argument on September 8, 2023 and our additional
submissions are due to the Court by September 1, 2023. I respectfully request a fourteen day extension
to file our submissions and that the oral argument date be adjourned accordingly. Our long time office
colleague, Assistant Attorney General Mary Walsh, passed away suddenly a few days ago and her
matters are being reassigned so we are all taking on some urgent matters and adjusting our schedules
where possible. Additionally, her funeral has just been scheduled for August 31st and our office plans on
attending the service.
