That any claim against Defendant San Antonio Regional Hospital for equitable comparative contribution, or total or partial or comparative indemnity, based on comparative negligence or comparative fault in connection with, or arising out of, this action are forever barred pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure § 877.6(c). All provisions of California Code of Civil Procedure § 877.6(a)(2), have been complied 10 with for obtaining a good faith determination of this settlement.
