IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED BY AND BETWEEN ALL PARTIES and their respective
counsel of record that the Trial of this matter, currently scheduled for March 29, 2021, be continued to
November 22, 2021, or to a date thereafter convenient for the Court and all parties.
This trial continuance is necessary as COVID-19-related restrictions and delays have made it
Virtually impossible thus far to complete needed discovery, particularly depositions that require at least
a minimum amount of in-person congregation. Furthermore, with the current increase in COVID-19
cases, it is anticipated civil jury trials will not be practicable at the time trial is currently set.
In an effort to avoid wasting time and resources in the coming weeks preparing for trial as
currently set, the parties have met and conferred and agreed on November 22, 2021, as the earliest date
trial can likely proceed.
