 1   TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR COUNSEL OF RECORD:
 2            Defendants RR FRANCHISING, INC. and VANGUARD CLEANING SYSTEMS,
 3   INC.’s (“Defendants”) Motion to Compel Arbitration (“Motion”) came on regularly for hearing in
 4   the above-entitled Court on December 5, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in Department 4, Courtroom N, of the
 5   above entitled Court.
 6            After full consideration of the pleadings, including the parties’ Memoranda of Points and
 7   Authorities, and all other accompanying evidence, and the oral arguments presented during the
 8   hearing, for good cause shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
 9            1. Defendants’ Motion to Compel Arbitration is GRANTED.
10            2. Plaintiff RYNE BASS is ORDERED to submit his claims asserted in his Complaint to
11                 binding arbitration consistent with the Arbitration Provisions of the Franchise
12                 Agreement.
13            3. Plaintiff RYNE BASS and his claims asserted in his Complaint are dismissed with
14                 prejudice.
