(1) Defendants agree to accept service of the Complaint, by e-mail to their respective
counsel, and waive all defenses based on the manner or sufficiency of service of the Complaint,
but preserve all other defenses;
(2) The deadline for all Defendants to Answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint
shall be extended until December 1, 2023;
(3) Any motion to dismiss the Complaint shall be noticed for and made returnable on
February 7, 2024, or on the first available motion day of the assigned IAS Judge thereafter;
(4) Any papers in opposition to any motion to dismiss shall be e-filed at least thirty
(30) days before the return date of any motion to dismiss;
(5) Any reply papers shall be e-filed at least two (2) days before the return date of any
motion to dismiss; and
