       Upon reading and filing the Affirmation of Jonathan B. Oblak, Esq., in Support of

Plaintiff’s Motion by Order to Show Cause for an Order Sealing Certain Filings counsel for

Plaintiff, dated September 18, 2023, it is hereby:

       ORDERED that Defendants SNBNY Holdings Limited, Carlos Alberto Vieira, Carlos

Cesar Bertaco Bomfim, Simoni Passos Morato, Vicky Safra, Jacob Joseph Safra, and David Joseph

Safra (“Defendants”), or their attorneys, appear before this Court at Commercial Division, Part 49,

Room 252, of the Courthouse located at 60 Centre Street, New York, New York 10007 on the ___
day of _________, 2023 at _____ o’clock _.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, and

there and then show cause why an Order should not be issued pursuant to 22 NYCRR 216.1

granting the following relief:

       A) That the unredacted version of the Memorandum of Law in Opposition to Defendants’

           Motion to Dismiss the Complaint (NYSCEF Doc. 114) shall remain under seal and

           shall be restricted to all except the parties, their counsel and Court personnel; and

       B) That Exhibit A to the September 18, 2023 Affirmation of Jonathan B. Oblak, submitted

           in support of Plaintiff’s Motion to Seal, shall remain redacted.

       IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pending the hearing of this Order to Show Cause,

pursuant to 22 N.Y.C.R.R. § 202.5-b(k)(2), the Clerk shall restrict the documents filed as NYSCEF

No. ______ to all except the parties, their counsel, and court personnel; and

       IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants shall file their opposition papers, if any,

by _____________________, 2023; and

       IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that service of a copy of this Order to Show Cause, and all

supporting papers upon which it is based, upon Defendants’ attorneys by electric filing on or before

_____________________, 2023 shall be deemed good and sufficient service.
