              TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR COUNSEL OF RECORD:

              Defendants WINE COUNTRY VENTURES, INC. and VANGUARD CLEANING
 3
     SYSTEMS, INC.’s (“Defendants”) Motion to Compel Arbitration (“Motion”) came on regularly
 4
     for hearing in the above-entitled Court on December 5, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in Department 4,
 5
     Courtroom G, of the above entitled Court.
 6
              After full consideration of the pleadings, including the parties’ Memoranda of Points and
 7
     Authorities, and all other accompanying evidence, and the oral arguments presented during the
 8
     hearing, for good cause shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

              1. Defendants’ Motion to Compel Arbitration is GRANTED.

              2. Plaintiff ADRIANA TELLO is ORDERED to submit his claims asserted in his
11
                   Complaint to binding arbitration consistent with the Arbitration Provisions of the
12
                   Franchise Agreement.

              3. Plaintiff ADRIANA TELLO and his claims asserted in her Complaint are dismissed
14
                   with prejudice.
