Plaintiffs filed suit on April 4, 2022, for damages arising out of an automobile
collision that occurred on or around, January 26, 2021. Defendant Jesus Elio Gomez, Jr.
was the driver in the subject collision.
A Suggestion of Death was filed by Jesus Elio Gomez, Jesus Elio Gomez, Jr.’s
father and heir. Said Suggestion of Death provided notice Jesus Elio Gomez Jr. passed
away on December 19, 2022.
For this reason, Plaintiffs request that this suit proceed against Jesus Elio Gomez,
heir to Jesus Elio Gomez, Jr.
