Benefits under the Southern California Gas Company Pension Plan as paid to the
Estate;
All notices have been given as required by law;
A partial distribution of the estate consisting of the entire Sempra Pension
Benefits under the Southern California Gas Company Pension Plan will ensure
that the Federal and State taxes owed will be charged to the sole heir. Kate Ellen
King, rather than the estate;
A partial distribution of thc estate consisting of the entire Sempra Pension
Benefits under the Soulhem California Gas Company Pension Plan will ensure
10 that the sole heir Kale Ellen King can pay the outstanding Federal and State taxes
11 owed on the pension distribution in a timely manner and avoid penalties and
l2 interest that will accrue if ‘he taxes are not paid until after the Petition for Final
l3 Distribution on Waiver of Account is heard;
14 The balance of the estate on hand for distribution is $880,819.88. all of which is
15 hcld in cash;
16 IT IS ORDERED THAT:
