1. The Court will recall that the matter was set for a TRC on June 2, 2022, and trial 0n Jime 6,
2022. The morning of June 2, 2022, plaintiff’s counsel became ill, and thus was unable to either
appear, or arrange for Court Call. Defense counsel graciously appeared on her behalf, and the
TRC was continued to August 4, 2022, and trial to August 8, 2022.

2. Unfortunately, one of plaintifi‘s experts arc unavailable for trial on August 8, 2022, which
plaintiff’s counsel only became aware 0f after the August trial date was set by the Conn.
3. Both parties agree to the further proposed continuance of trial to September 19, 2022, and
the TRC to September 15, 2022, or to dates available on the Court’s calendar.
