November 17, 2021;
WHEREAS, the Court’s November 17, 2021 ruling 0n HDMC’S Demurrer to Quaid’s
Amended Cross--complaint sustained the Demurrer a_s t0 the Fifth Cause of Action for Violation of
Vehicle Code §24014 (Pre- 2019) and sustained the Demurrer as t0 the Sixth Cause 0f Action for
Brea‘ch 0f Fiduciary Duty, and allowed 20 days leave to amend;
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Court’ s ruling, Quaid’ s initial deadline to file and serve any
