NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that an action has been commenced and is now pending
in the Supreme Court of Columbia County upon the Complaint of the above named Plaintiff
against the above named Defendant(s) for the foreclosure of:
Mortgage bearing the date of August 26, 2016, executed by Justin L. Earl, a married man to
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., as nominee for Quicken Loans Inc. to secure the
sum of $157,102.00, and interest, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Columbia County on
August 26, 2016 in Book 831 page 465.
That Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., as nominee for Quicken Loans Inc. duly
assigned said Note and Mortgage to Quicken Loans Inc. by Assignment dated March 20, 2019
and recorded on March 29, 2019 in the Office of the Clerk of Columbia County in Book 882
page 1851.
Loan Modification bearing the date of January 3, 2020, executed by Justin L. Earl, a married
man to Quicken Loans Inc. to secure the sum of $109,973.13, with interest, and recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of Columbia County on March 3, 2020 in Book 900 page 2098.

Loan Modification bearing the date of December 15, 2021, executed by Justin L. Earl, a married
man to Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans Inc. to secure the
sum of $123,630.39, with interest, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Columbia County
on January 11, 2022 in Book 952 page 582.
AND, NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the Mortgaged Premises described in such
Mortgage(s) affected by the said foreclosure action, were, at the time of the commencement of
this action, and at the time of the filing of this Notice, situate at 51 Rustys Road, Hudson, NY
12513, in the County of Columbia and State of New York, and are described in said Mortgage
and in Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of Defendant(s) in and to the land lying
in the street and roads in front of and adjoining said Mortgaged Premises.
The Clerk of the County of Columbia is directed to index this Notice against the names of
all the above Defendant(s).

ALL that lot or parcel of vacant land situate in the Town of Claverack, County of Columbia,
State of New York, bounded and described as follows.
BEGINNING at a point in the southerly line of Rusty's Road at the northwesterly corner of land
of Robert J. and Patricia M. Mosely;
THENCE along said lands of Mosely South 10 degrees 09 minutes 10 seconds West 272.98 feet
to a point marking the southwesterly corner of lands of said Mosely and the southeasterly corner
of the premises hereby described;
THENCE North 74 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds West 168.83 feet to a point and North 73
degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds West 110 feet to a point marking the southwesterly comer of the
premises hereby described and the southeasterly corner of Lot No 3;
THENCE along the easterly line of said Lot No. 3, North 4 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds East
230.40 feet to a point on the southerly side of Rusty's Road and;
THENCE along the southerly side of said Rusty's Road South 82 degrees 41 minutes 40 seconds
