this court upon a complaint of the above-named plaintiff against the above-named defendants for
the foreclosure of a Mortgage in the sum of $186,067.00 dated August 26, 2014, executed by
defendants BRETT W. BELLOWS A/K/A BRETTY WAYNE BELLOWS and JESSICA L.
BELLOWS A/K/A JESSICA LYNN BELLOWS to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.("MERS"), ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR
PLAZA HOME MORTGAGE INC., recorded on August 28, 2014, in Instrument Number:
201419417, recorded in the Office of the CHEMUNG County Clerk.

MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. MERS, ACTING
SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR PLAZA HOME MORTGAGE INC., ITS SUCCESSORS AND
ASSIGNS assigned all of its rights, title and interest in the Mortgage by way of an assignment
executed November 14, 2018 to LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC. The assignment was
duly recorded on November 19, 2018, in Instrument Number: 201826742.
On December 6, 2021, for valuable consideration BRETT W. BELLOWS A/K/A
BRETTY WAYNE BELLOWS and JESSICA L. BELLOWS A/K/A JESSICA LYNN
BELLOWS duly executed, acknowledged and delivered a loan modification agreement dated
November 16, 2021, whereby said defendants bound themselves in the new principal amount of
$155,524.79 with interest thereon, which was recorded on December 29, 2021, in Instrument
Number: 202118890 (the “LOAN MODIFICATION”).
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the premises affected by the said foreclosure
action were, at the time of the commencement of said action, and at the time of filing of this
notice, situate in the County of CHEMUNG, State of New York, Section 107.00, Block 2, Lot 9,
on the land and tax map of the County of CHEMUNG, State of New York, and described in said
Mortgage as follows:
All that certain unit of real property, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the County of CHEMUNG, State of New York, and more
particularly described on Schedule A attached hereto and made part hereof.
