       IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the undersigned

counsel for the parties, that Plaintiff Samsung Electronics Co., LTD’s (“Samsung”) Order to Show

Cause to Seal the Memorandum Of Law In Support of Samsung’s Motion For Summary Judgment

On Its Breach Of Contract Claim and the supporting Exhibits filed by Samsung in this action

(NYSCEF No. 161), is hereby withdrawn on consent as the parties shall, upon approval of the

Court, make an omnibus sealing application after briefing on the parties’ motions for summary

judgment is complete; and it is further

       STIPULATED AND AGREED that pending the Court’s determination of the omnibus

sealing application, pursuant to 22 N.Y.C.R.R. § 202.5-b(k)(2), the Clerk shall restrict the

documents filed at NYSCEF Nos. 114, 115, 116, 117, 118, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133,

134, 135, 136, 137, 138, 139, 140, 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 150, 152, 154, 155, 156,

157, 159, and 160 to all except the parties’ counsel and court personnel; and it further

       STIPULATED AND AGREED that this stipulation may be executed in original or

electronic format.
