its Order granting a continuance of the above-styled cause. As grounds in support of this motion,
the Defendant would show:
1. That Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled to be heard on 09/21/2022 9:00 AM.
2. That additional time is needed in order to prepare this case for trial.
3. Speedy trial was previously waived in this case.
4. That additional depositions are pending in this case, as the Florida Highway Patrol
deputies that were scheduled September 19, 2022 had to be rescheduled due to a family
emergency.
5. That this motion is filed in good faith and not for the purpose of delay.
WHEREFORE, the Defendant moves this Court to enter its Order granting a continuance
in the above-styled cause.
