7/07/22 No Show CME Fee, and Motion to Compel the Plaintiff's Attendance at the reset 8/11/22 CME
scheduled with Neil Schechter, M.D., and the Court having been advised of the premises,it is hereby
ordered and adjudged as follows:
1. The Defendant's Motion to Compel the Plaintiff, ADRIANA HINCAPIE, to pay the 7/07/22
No Show CME Fee is hereby GRANTED IN PART.
2. The $1,100.00 CME cancellation fee shall be reduced to $600.00.
3. The Plaintiff shall issue a check for $600.00 made payable to State Farm Mutual
Automobile Insurance Company (sincethe $1,100.00 cancellation fee was previouslypaid by State
Farm to Orthopedic Center of South Florida)within 30 days from the date ofthis Order.
