    ORDER SETTING FORECLOSURE JUDICIAL CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE
                            and NOTICE OF HEARING

         YOU      ARE       HEREBY         NOTIFIED,          on     the   Court’s   own    motion;      a   mandatory      Judicial       Case
Management Conference! (JCMC) is hereby set in the above-cited case. This conference shall be conducted on
01/11/2017 at 9:00 a.m.           at the Charlotte County Justice Center, 350 E. Marion Ave., Punta Gorda, FL, 33950,
before the Honorable SENIOR FORECLOSURE JUDGE, please arrive early and refer to hallway information
monitors to identify specific courtroom assignments on the day of this JOMC.

Alternative to attending Case Management Conference. The hearing may be cancelled if an Agreed Case
Management Plan is approved by the Court at least 7 days prior to the date of hearing or a Voluntary Dismissal
or Final Judgment has been executed and filed. If the court does not approve of the plan, the conference will
not be cancelled. Submit the case management plan via regular mail with extra copies for each party and self-
addressed envelopes, attention Civil Case Management Office at the Charlotte County Justice Center, 350 E.
Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950.

  Motions may be heard at the JCMC if timely scheduled in JACS and cross-noticed, refer to the JACS
                  instruction for Senior Judge: Attp:/www.ca.cjis20.0rg/home/main/jacs.asp

         Counsel of Record and Pro Se Litigants (if any) must attend the JCMC, and be prepared to discuss
any pending issues before the Court, as well as to argue any unresolved motions that do not require a specially
set evidentiary hearing.

         The failure of any Party to appear may result in immediate sanctioning of the offending Party.                                       If
you fail to appear, sanctions include but are not necessarily limited to the dismissal your claims and/or the
striking of your answer/defenses along with an entry of a default judgment against you.                                   Other sanctions
include but are not limited to the issuance of an Order to Show Cause (contempt proceedings) — which may
include monetary fines, incarceration, and/or other legal remedies.
