Hurricane Irma on September 17,2017?

       If your   answer is "Yes," then answer question number                2.


       If   your answer         is   "No," you shall not answer any further questions, and the

       foreperson shall sign and date your verdict and return                it   to the Court.


2.     Did    State   Farm show by         the greater weight of the evidence that Hyacinth       Grey   failed to



provide State Farm with immediate notice of the damage he claims was caused by the hurricane or

that Hyacinth   Grey   failed to exhibit     damaged property to   State   Farm?
