had pursuant to Rule 106 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. It is therefore

and as Registered Agent of Transload and Logistics, LLC , may be served with process and be

over the age of l6 at James Berry’s residence at 59 Sonata Lane, Shawnee, Oklahoma 74804-
